- New design of instant bank transfers gateway

We are pleased to introduce the new design of instant bank transfers payment gateway. You can receive money from customers without any change or new integration. The instant bank transfer payment gateway is responsive, which will be appreciated mainly by customers paying via mobile devices.

- Availability during Christmas Holidays
TrustPay cut-off time for out-going payments:
There will be no out-going payments processed on the following days: December 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, January 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
Any outgoing order executed during these days will be processed on the next possible working day.
December 31st – the cut-off time will be 11:00 am (time zone Bratislava, Slovakia). Any outgoing order executed after this cut-off time will be processed on the next possible working day.
Customer support availability:
There will be no support provided during the following days: December 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, January 1st, 2nd, 3rd.
Please, note that customer support on 31st December will be available till 12:00 (time zone Bratislava, Slovakia).
